Zucchini Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
3 c. zucchini
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Beat first 3 ingredients well.
Add zucchini, mix.
Mix all dry ingredients together and add to mixture and mix.
Add vanilla and extract.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes in muffin tins.
