Super Beefy Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 c. beef broth
    4 beef bouillon
    4 sticks celery
    5 large carrots
    5 medium potatoes
    1 Tbsp. minced onion or 1 fresh onion
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 c. beef broth
    3 Tbsp. beef gravy powder
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cut up meat into 1/2-inch cubes; add 1 cup broth and 1/4 cup water.
    Bring to a boil with bouillon cubes, diced celery and onion.
    Add onion and garlic powder; boil 1/2 hour.
    Turn down to simmer; add 1-inch chunks of carrot and potato.
    Simmer 2 hours or until tender.
