Aunt Arlene'S Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 sq. chocolate, shaved
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch.
    Add chocolate and salt.
    Pour in water.
    Cook until thick enough to spread.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Spread on cake while hot.
