Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can milk
1 tsp. apple pie spice
2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 pie crusts

Preparation

Mix and pour in pie crusts. Cook for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
