Easy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. of ground beef (low-fat)
    1 6 1/4 pkg. of beef flavor Stove Top Stuffing Mix
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 eggs (beaten)
    1/4 - 1/3 c. each of chopped onion & bell pepper or as desired
    Bacon (for topping; as desired)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together except 1/4 c. of catsup & bacon strips.
    Shape meat mixture into a 12 x 8 or 12 x 12 pan.
    Top with remaining 1/4 cup of catsup & bacon strips. Bake for 1 hour - 1 1/4 hours, or until center is no longer pink.
