Fish Provencal(Yields 2 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 large can peeled tomatoes
    1 c. wine
    1 lb. fish fillets
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter; cook onion and garlic over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Add mushrooms, thyme, salt, pepper, tomatoes and wine. Place fish in center of liquid to a boil.
    Sprinkle with parsley; cover tightly and simmer 20 minutes.
    Uncover and break fish into small pieces with fork.
    Mix soft butter and flour to a smooth paste and stir into liquid, bit by bit, cook, stirring 3 minutes longer and serve.
