Three Month Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. All-Bran
    2 c. oatmeal
    2 c. Shredded Wheat
    1 c. shortening (not oil)
    2 c. boiling water
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Pour the boiling water over the All-Bran, oatmeal, Shredded Wheat and shortening in a large bowl. Cool. Add the remaining ingredients.
    Mix and store in 1-quart containers in refrigerator. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Fill muffin pans half full.
