Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour (unsifted)
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. blueberries
2 tsp. sugar (for top)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
Preparation

On low speed (in mixer), cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, and mix until blended. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk and vanilla. Add blueberries and stir by hand. Grease muffin tins well with butter and grease top surface of pan as well. Pile mix high in each muffin cup. Sprinkle sugar over tops. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
