Mom'S Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
2/3 c. brandy
15 oz. can pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients in one bowl until well blended.
Add pecans.
Grease and flour two large loaf pans or four (1-pound) coffee cans.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes.
