Homemade Mac N' Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    macaroni noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Melt butter, mix with flour to make a paste.
    Add salt and milk.
    Cook until it starts to thicken.
    Beat egg, add some of the milk to it and mix together before adding back (keeps the egg from cooking when it's added to the hot milk).
    Cut up 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese into chunks and cook until it melts.
    Pour over cooked macaroni noodles.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 about 15 minutes.
