Good Catsup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pk. tomatoes
    3 large onions
    4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 pt. vinegar (scant)
Preparation
    Take tomatoes and onions; boil until soft.
    Drain in a jelly bag for 3 or 4 hours.
    Don't use juice in catsup; add sugar, salt, cloves, cinnamon and vinegar.
    Boil 10 minutes.
    Makes 5 pints.
