Lasagna Americana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 (32 oz.) carton Ricotta
1/2 c. Parmesan
1/4 c. parsley
3 c. shredded Mozzarella
3/4 tsp. salt and pepper (each)
3 c. spaghetti sauce
8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. Italian sausage, cooked and drained
Preparation

In bowl, mix eggs, Ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper; set aside.
In a separate container, mix spaghetti sauce and sausage.
