Polska Kielbasa Old Country Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    4 potatoes, sliced thin
    1 bunch broccoli, sliced
    3 sliced carrots
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. kielbasa
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    In heavy skillet, fry bacon until crisp.
    Remove bacon.
    Add potatoes, carrots, celery and onion to bacon drippings.
    Saute over medium heat.
    Add broccoli after about 15 minutes.
    Continue cooking until vegetables are tender.
    Slice kielbasa and place on top of vegetables.
    Cover and heat 12 minutes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Top with crumbled bacon.
