Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) box light brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
3/4 c. milk
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together in saucepan and boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Set saucepan in bowl of ice water and cool, then beat to spreading consistency.
