Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
packaged dry bread crumbs
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
salad oil or shortening for deep fat frying
Preparation

Combine cheese, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, egg yolks, mustard, paprika, and salt.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; gently fold into cheese mixture.
Shape mixture into small balls about one inch in diameter.
Roll in additional bread crumbs.
