Hot Turkey Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
1 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
3 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
1/2 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine turkey, celery, green pepper, onion, pecans, pepper, salt, lemon juice, mayonnaise and soup.
Spoon into pie shell. Sprinkle cheese and parsley over top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.
If desired, reserve 1 tablespoon pecans to sprinkle over top of pie before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
