Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns, thawed
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
2 c. shredded cheese
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter, melted in casserole dish
2 c. crushed cornflakes or potato chips
Preparation

Mix hash browns, sour cream, soup and cheese together thoroughly.
Pour part of melted butter from casserole dish and mix this in.
Put in casserole dish (I use 9 x 12-inch).
Before baking, put cornflakes or potato chips on top.
Bake one hour at 325\u00b0.
Casserole may be made beforehand except for topping and refrigerated.
Add topping when ready to bake.
