Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cornbread, broken in pieces
2 c. dry bread, broken
2 eggs, beaten
1 large onion, chopped and sauteed in 1 Tbsp. butter with 1 c. celery, chopped
3 to 4 boiled chopped eggs
2 Tbsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 to 4 c. chicken broth (more if needed)
Preparation

Mix crumbs and seasonings.
Add celery and onion.
Add beaten eggs with broth and mix well.
Add chopped boiled eggs (more seasoning if desired).
Place in 13 x 9-inch pan sprayed lightly. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set.
(Mixture needs to be moist before baking.)
