Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. cooked prunes, cut in pieces
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well by hand.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan, greased with Wesson oil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Prick cake with fork and pour over Buttermilk Icing while hot, allowing to soak in, making a glaze.
