Refrigerator Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 1/4 c. cold water
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. dry milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine gelatin and 1/2 cup cold water in a saucepan.
    Warm over low heat until dissolved.
    Combine dissolved gelatin with next 5 ingredients.
    Whirl in blender until liquified and very smooth.
    Add lemon juice.
    (I add flavored jello instead of unflavored and cut back on the sugar.
    Cherry pie filing is a good topping.)
    Place in 9-inch graham cracker pie crust.
