Good Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 c. diced, cooked ham
2 c. diced celery
1 c. salted almonds
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 hard-boiled egg
2 Tbsp. pimiento
lettuce
Preparation
-
Combine chicken, ham, celery, almonds and mayonnaise.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
Cut egg lengthwise into eighths.
Garnish salad with egg wedges and pimientos.
Serve with hot biscuits. Makes 6 servings.
