Barbecued Pork Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3/4 c. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    3 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. hot-pepper sauce
    5 lb. pork back ribs
    thin slices of onion (optional)
Preparation
    Combine catsup, 1 1/2 cups water, chili sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, paprika, 2 1/4 teaspoon salt, garlic and hot pepper sauce in a large saucepan. Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer 30 to 45 minutes, until sauce is good basting consistency.
