Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. regular margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon and sugar
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt; set aside.
    At medium speed, blend the margarine, shortening and 1 1/2 cups sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time; blend well after each.
    Add vanilla; blend well.
    Gradually stir dry ingredients into creamed mixture with spoon.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
    Bake on ungreased sheet in a 400\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
