Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3/4 stick oleo, melted
3 egg yolks
unbaked pie shell
3 egg whites
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients; put in unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0, then for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Beat egg whites with the powdered sugar.
Put on pie; bake until brown.
