Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Carolina rice
    1/2 gal. milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1 small (1 oz.) bottle vanilla
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    16 oz. half and half
Preparation
    Cook rice and milk 45 minutes on low heat.
    Add sugar; cook 10 minutes more.
    Add to rice the remaining ingredients, stirring while adding.
    Stir frequently.
    Cook 30 minutes longer or until rice is done.
