Tangy Carrot Coins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place carrots in saucepan, add 1 inch of water, boil.
    Reduce heat, simmer 7-9 minutes.
    Drain, add remaining ingredients.
    Cook and stir over medium heat 1-2 minutes or until thickened.
