Oat Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. broiler fryer chicken, cut up
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. quick-cooking oats
    1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Remove skin and fat from chicken pieces. Heat margarine in rectangular pan, 13 x 19 x 2 inches, in oven until melted.
    Mix remaining ingredients except egg whites.
    Dip chicken into egg whites; coat with oat mixture.
    Place meaty sides down in pan.
    Bake uncovered 30 minutes turn and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
    6 servings.
