Spicy Creole Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp or crabmeat
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 stick butter or margarine
    4 garlic cloves
    1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. flour
    clam juice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut shrimp or crabmeat into pieces.
    Saute in olive oil, butter and garlic.
    Add cayenne pepper, paprika and flour until a paste consistency.
    Stir in clam juice until mixture makes a semi-thick gravy.
    Serve over fish, chicken or rice.
