Apple-Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation

In a large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat the first 10 ingredients for 2 minutes (batter will be stiff).
With a spoon, stir in apples, raisins and walnuts.
Spoon batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or longer if using a Bundt pan.
