Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. processed cheese, shredded
4 oz. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. onion, minced
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Texas Pete
1/2 tsp. (scant) garlic powder
2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
Preparation

Place Cheddar cheese in mixing bowl with paddle attachment. Cream until smooth.
Add processed and cream cheese.
Whip until light and fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients.
Again, whip until fluffy.
Place mixture in plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator. Remove wrap and shape mixture into a ball or other desired shape. Coat with pecans.
Serve with crackers.
