Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cold water
3/4 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix first five ingredients together.
Mix last four ingredients.
Add to dry mixture then mix well.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch cake pan at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
