Dijon Pork Chops - cooking recipe

4 lean boneless loin pork chops
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Trim all visible fat from pork chops. Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Place bread crumbs in shallow dish.
In another shallow dish, combine mustard and lemon juice; blend well.
Dip both sides of each chop in mustard mixture, then in bread crumbs to coat.
Place in a spray coated pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until pork is no longer pink, turning once halfway through baking.
Makes 4 servings.
