Apple Butter Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. apple butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. lemon juice in 2/3 c. evaporated milk

Preparation

Cream margarine, sugar and egg, then add remaining ingredients.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 in muffin tins.
