Ingredients
    1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    3 (8 oz.) cartons Cool Whip
    1 family size instant chocolate pudding mix
Preparation
    Bake cake according to directions on package.
    Cool.
