Chile Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. processed American cheese
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. light cream or evaporated milk
    1 medium fresh tomato, finely chopped
    1 or more fresh, frozen or canned green chilies, finely chopped
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 green onions, finely chopped
Preparation
    Cube the cheeses and melt together over low heat.
    After cheese melts, add cream, stirring constantly.
    Add chopped tomato, chopped chilies, chopped green onion and garlic powder.
    Stir to blend flavors, adding more cream if desired.
    Heat for about 15 minutes.
    Best if made a day ahead and reheated.
