Spicy Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions, tops included
1 tsp. jalapeno pepper, minced
1 tsp. grated ginger root
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. oil (sesame or canola)
salt and white ground pepper to taste
Preparation

Toss together cabbage, onions and jalapeno pepper.
Mix ginger root, sugar, vinegar and oil.
Pour over cabbage mixture and combine.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
