Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick pork chops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown chops well in frying pan.
    Blend soup, sour cream, water and parsley.
    In 2-quart casserole, alternate potatoes and soup, adding salt and pepper as needed.
    Top with chops.
    Cover and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until chops and potatoes are tender and browned.
