Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. finely chopped apples
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift 2 tablespoons flour, 3/4 cup sugar and salt into medium bowl.
    Stir in egg, sour cream, vanilla and nutmeg.
    Fold in apples.
    Spoon into pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 30 minutes longer.
    Combine remaining 1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour, butter and cinnamon in small bowl until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over top of pie.
    Bake for 10 minutes longer or until brown.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
