Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    4 egg yolks
    dash of salt
    few drops of almond extract
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    1 can condensed milk (not evaporated)
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    4 egg whites
    8 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Roll pastry unusually thin and bake shell.
    Beat egg yolks slightly.
    Add salt, almond and grated lemon rind.
    Stir in the condensed milk.
    Strain lemon juice and add to mixture.
    Right here the filling thickens and before you know it, it's almost ready to cut.
    No cooking at all.
    Turn filling into baked shell.
