Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 pkg. yeast with 1 c. hot tap water
    pinch of sugar
Preparation
    Dough is for 1 or 2 pizzas; see assembly instructions. Dissolve yeast in hot tap water and add the sugar.
    Add salt and oil after yeast has set.
    Stir in flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing well.
    Dough will be very sticky.
    You may add more flour to make it manageable.
    Turn out onto floured surface and knead until soft and elastic (about 5 minutes; add flour as needed).
    Let dough rise about 1/2 hour (can be used immediately if you're in a real hurry).
