Golden Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium apples, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. apricot preserves
Preparation
    Combine apples and orange juice in skillet.
    Bring to boil over high heat.
    Stir in honey and apricot preserves.
    Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes or until apples are tender.
    Serve warm with pork or ham.
