Ritz Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 egg whites
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 large Cool Whip
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. 10x sugar
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Mix
    crackers, nuts and baking powder.\tSet aside.
    Beat egg whites
    until
    fluffy;
    add sugar and vanilla.
    Beat until fluffy. Fold
    cracker mixture into egg white mixture.
    Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 10 to 15 minutes in 300\u00b0 preheated oven until lightly brown.
    Cool.
    Mix Cool Whip, softened cream cheese, 10x sugar and pineapple.
    Spread on cooled crust.
