Shrimp Remoulade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. nonfat Ricotta
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    12 oz. cooked and peeled shrimp
    1 celery stalk, minced
    2 Tbsp. chopped, fresh chives or scallion tops
Preparation
    In a food processor, combine the first 5 ingredients. Process, stopping and scraping down the container once or twice. Transfer to a medium serving bowl.
