Turtle Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. pecan nuts
    1 pkg. caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix cake, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk; pat 2/3 batter into cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
    Melt caramels and mix 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
    Pour over first layer.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts and pat rest of batter over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
