Shrimp Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. cooked shrimp
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1/4 c. butter or other fat, melted
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    dash of pepper
    1 qt. milk
    1 1/2 oz. sherry
    parsley
Preparation
    Grind shrimp.
    Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Add milk gradually and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add shrimp; heat.
    Stir in sherry. Garnish with chopped parsley sprinkled over the top.
    Serves 6.
