Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. cranberries
    1 1/4 to 1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    grated peel of 1 orange
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a pot.
    Heat on medium until mixture boils.
    Transfer to a casserole dish.
    Cover and refrigerate 3 hours to blend flavors.
