Onion Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. packaged biscuit mix
    1 c. shredded cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook onions in small amount of hot fat until tender, but not brown.
    Combine egg and milk; add to biscuit mix and stir only until mix is just moistened.
    Add onions, half the cheese and parsley.
    Spread dough into greased 8 x 1 1/2-inch round cake pan. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
    Drizzle melted butter over dough.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
