Mexican Chocolate Wedding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. butter, softened
    3 (1 oz.) sq. melted unsweetened chocolate
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine brown sugar and butter.
    Beat at medium speed 1 to 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
    Add melted chocolate and vanilla until well mixed. Reduce speed to low. Add all remaining ingredients except powdered sugar. Continue beating for 1 to 2 minutes. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place 2-inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Carefully remove from cookie sheet. Cool another 5 minutes. Roll into powdered sugar while still warm and again when cool.
