Hummingbird Cake(Shirley Knapp) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 large mashed bananas
    2 c. chopped nuts
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add soda mix adding equal parts of wet and dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured angel food cake pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
