Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed sweet potatoes (one 1 lb. 7 oz. can)
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. shredded coconut, cut fine
Preparation
    Blend potato, butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, singly, beating after each.
    Add spices and milk.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Bake in buttered pan in moderate oven at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle top with coconut.
    Return to oven.
    Bake 10 minutes longer.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Use a 9-inch square baking pan.
